If they couldn’t spend on fees and wages they wouldn’t be able to buy big players

If they couldn’t buy big players no Robinho, no Aguero, no KDB, no Silva, no Rodri, no Haaland

If they didn’t have those players they wouldn’t be able to attract top managers like Mancini, Pep

If they didn’t attract those managers they wouldn’t have won any titles or trophies
