🌍From Jan 21–24, 2025, CHH-Lancet Commission & NextGen Scholars gathered in Istanbul to reimagine the humanitarian system. Panels like "International Humanitarian Diplomacy" & "Strengthening Training & Research Capacity" sparked critical discussions with global participants.

Commissioners & NextGen Scholars engaged in face-to-face sessions in Istanbul, tackling themes prepared for over a year. These discussions will shape actionable steps toward a more effective humanitarian health system in 2025.

March 12 marks the end of an incredible chapter as I defended my PhD thesis on “The principle of non-refoulement for food-deprived forced migration” @GVAGrad_Law@GVAGrad. Excited for my next stop @CEENRG@Cambridge_Uni for my postdoc, with funding from the @snsf_ch! 1/2
