@Europcar Unfortunately have received yet another automated email saying I will be “offered” a credit note. This is appalling, 27 days since cancellation and no correspondence and no hint of a refund despite me turning down the “offer” of a credit voucher on multiple occasions
@Europcar dreadful service, no response from the customer services team re:refunds. Generic emails about french law dictating an 18 month holding of a refund despite a 5 day refund policy in the Ts & Cs.
