@HDFC_COM Hi, this is not about calls. It is while payment for IRCTC through HDFC bank card.
In case it helps:
the error is: "10.4.4 403 Forbidden

@flyspicejet an entire day wasted! 8253 CCU HYD Flight originally scheduled at 9:45am.. was rescheduled multiple times to 9:30a, & then 10:40a, & then 12:30a & Finally to 2pm.
All we got was a "sorry for inconvenience".. missed an imp train (no refund). Stranded @ Hyd. Pathetic

Fresh ticket price now on AirIndia website is around $780
My previous ticket which was canceled due to COVID restrictions cost me $791.
Even though fare difference is negative, why a penalty of $200 for no fault of the customer?

@David_J_Bier Hi @David_J_Bier, unfortunately, I am in this position. My wife had a visa appointment scheduled in late March, but all appointments were canceled by the Consulate. We have been waiting for the appointments to reopen but now we have this!! I don't know what to do :(
