One of the bail conditions is that one must have a fixed address/Residence : Often required to prove Stability.

The other includes surrendering a Passport

Why did he have his passport on him if he was on Bail? Should it not have been taken away from him as a primary bail condition? 🙆🏾‍♂️

Also how did he qualify as an illegal Foreigner to be granted a bail where there is no permanent residence?

We might be able to check which Magistrate granted him a Bail and on what conditions.
