In August 2012 "Ecce Homo" (1930) started to change. Vandalism was suspected until the fresco's image on the 7th day caused all staff members who viewed it to die from a brain aneurysm. Black paint was smeared and an amateur coverup fresco was applied to prevent any more deaths.
