Today I want to introduce myself and share why I’m here.
This channel is about a balanced lifestyle — one that supports the body, calms the mind, and nurtures the spirit.

Over time, I also developed hands-on experience in meditation and spiritual practice.
This opened a deeper layer of awareness, discipline, and inner stability beyond the physical body.

Later, I gained practical experience in nutrition — learning what truly supports the body and what slowly depletes it.
Understanding food was my first step toward conscious health.

From childhood, I naturally gravitated toward balance.
Sports, studying, and spending time outdoors with friends were all part of my daily life. Movement, focus, and connection felt natural to me.
Evolve to become more conscious.
Evolve to be more aware.
Evolve to better navigate and command your life.

Yet, it’s worth answering anyway — even if only partially.
Look at what’s universal to all life around us:
🌱 Evolution.
Whatever happens, life evolves.
So perhaps the meaning of life is — at least in part — to evolve.
Your life is either suffering or a joy. You are either poor or rich, healthy or ill, positive or depressed.
To navigate your life the way you want, you first have to hone your skill to manage your attention.
Meditation is the best tool to master this skill.

If to ask what is the single most important thing in this life? - My pick is for Attention!
Your ability to govern your attention, defines the quality of your life.
You either live the life you want, or your life is a byproduct of your cravings, events and chaotic emotions.
@cardano_whale is it about that lady, lyn alden? i don't understand why she is considered strong in macro. watched her one time, too abstract to conditional. that was my impression.

2 great tools that helped me:
1) daily meditation
2) treating trading as a set of probabilities – there are 2 books by Mark Douglas
