@CaFTeam Ensuring management have made clear to staff what the transitions will be as sometimes staff have no idea of last minute changes and are relying on other staff who are busy with their children to inform them@of changes therefore children become unsettled as staff are unsettled
@CaFTeam No time limit to settling in period and allowing parents to stay as long as they need to. I think a lot of settings are guilty of rushing parents out the door and saying “they will be fine”!
