In my 10 years living in Britain, my wife was:

1- catcalled by a group of Syrian men who didn't know who I was or that I spoke Arabic when we lived in Oxford.

2- catcalled by men of Jamaican origin when we lived in Brixton.

3- catcalled by Syrian men on a train in Germany.

In all these cases, I obviously stepped in and confronted the scum.

She was never catcalled by a British white man.

This predatory behaviour against white women comes from specific cultures where extreme misogyny + no rule of law + a belief that white women are fair game is the norm.

Our family in Germany experienced the same thing, especially in areas where there are many Syrian refugees.

Believe British women and girls. Don't dismiss this as xenophobia or racism.

What’s funny is I’ve not said anything to him - and he keeps leaving comments about how I should be scared of him because he’s from New Orleans.

A few of his friends who are also men, are also talking about how they’re going to punch me in the face or “poke” me till I bleed out, I think that means to stab me.

My hair has been rapidly falling out for the past 18 months and it’s specifically due to the stress of litigation & being a single mother to a daughter while I do it.

See, I was taken to federal court - a court second only to the highest court in the land, the High Court, where the Tickle v Giggle case could very well end up - by a man who claims to be a woman because I did not allow him to access a social networking app I created exclusively for women.

It started as an Australian Human Rights Commission complaint in January 2022, but to settle that I had to agree to let him on the app, let all men who claim to be women on the app, pay him $20,000, go to “sex & gender education classes” & apologize to him. I said no, because I also have rights and they were not being acknowledged at all. So, he filed in federal court.

In August 2024, the judge made the decision that I had “indirectly discriminated” against a man who claims to be a woman for not accepting he is a woman. The “indirect” is basically because I had absolutely no knowledge that he claimed to be a woman (nor do I care). I saw a man, and I am right. The judge also said that “sex is changeable”. Reader, sex is not changeable. Never has been, never will be.

I was also ordered to pay $10,000 to the man claiming to be a woman because during cross-examination, I laughed. I laughed at a meme I was instructed to look at. I laughed because it was utterly surreal to me to be sitting in federal court & ordered to look at a meme. $10,000 for having a human reaction. If I didn’t laugh, I probably would have broken down. Many times I have wanted to.

So, I am appealing the decision. I am appealing it because I have rights, and even more important to me, my daughter has to have rights. I simply cannot sit back & eventually send her out into the world where she cannot legally have a boundary from a man if that man claims to be a woman. I cannot accept that we don’t have freedom of belief, speech & association. Not on my watch.

The man taking me to court is also appealing. He is appealing the decision he won. He wants “indirect discrimination” upgraded to direct discrimination, damages upped to at least $30,000 and aggravated damages of at least $10,000.

We’re currently in a fight over costs. While it was always claimed that his legal team was pro-bono, they are now demanding that I pay his legal fees. Roughly $400,000 for round one. If they are awarded costs, for round one, two & potentially three, I would have to find well over $1million, on top of the $1million+ my own legal representation is costing. $2million for knowing a man is not a woman. Yeah, it’s stressful.

Amongst all of this, over the past 3 years he has been watching me on here from behind a block, screenshotting my posts & mocking both me & my lawyer.

I got the AHRC complaint when I was 15 weeks pregnant. If this ordeal ends in December, my daughter will be three & a half. If it goes to the High Court, she could be five when it’s all over. The golden years of my daughter’s life has been spent in litigation fighting a complete & utter lie.

Bigotry is an unreasonable attachment to a belief plus prejudice.

I think, in a free society, anyone should be able to think whatever they want about themselves. I think a man can think he’s a woman. I just don’t think he can force that belief - and it is a belief, not a fact - on literally anyone else. Does that make me a bigot? Of course it doesn’t.

The bigots are the men claiming to be women, punishing everyone who doesn’t accept their absurd claim.

My hair will, hopefully, eventually grow back. But men will never, ever, be women. Cope, boys.

🙄The fringe idea that we all have a 'gender identity' that may or may not match our biological sex is the whole point of this discussion. Trans activists act as though the existence of 'gender identity' is a settled, self-evident point, when to the vast majority of the world it's unevidenced, quasi-religious, pseudoscientific nonsense, which has been imposed top down on our society with serious consequences for vulnerable women and troubled youth in particular.

Meaningful discussion about competing needs and rights cannot happen inside an elitist ideological bubble where everyone is forced to adopt gender ideology's approved jargon, accept its self-contradicting slogans as fact and pretend fact-light assertions and feeble sophistry are critical thinking.

You tell us to 'educate' ourselves, by which you mean, 'adopt our beliefs unquestioningly,' but at this point, most of us know your arguments off by heart. These include, but are not limited to: feelings trump facts and unless we agree we're 'erasing people from existence'; women and girls aren't definable entities, so why should they be entitled to their own sports and single-sex spaces; clownfish and people with DSDs mean sex is 'on a spectrum' and 'woman' is a set of stereotypes associated with the female sex class, so it doesn't matter if you've got a penis, if you identify with those stereotypes you're 'valid'.

The reason we haven't been won over by these talking points and remain so tragically 'uneducated' isn't that we've failed to grasp the sophistication of your world view. It's that we think you're talking unadulterated bullshit and making fools of yourselves.
