I guess a Happy Pride Month to all of the Kansas residents that just became either pan &/or intersex since because of their new gender law since they, or the people they have relations with, may no longer fit the new legal definitions of a “man” or a “woman.”

According to the definition of this bill I am not a "woman" because the definition of "female" does not include me because my reproductive system does not produce ova.

Well, according to the new bill that Kansas passed I could be considered intersex because with their definition of woman, man, female, and male I am none of the above. So, Happy Pride to me. 🏳️‍🌈

Kansas passed the "Women's Bill of Rights." The bill was established to define the term "woman. This bill defines "woman" as "someone who is biologically born female. The bill also defines "female" as "someone whose biological reproductive system developed and produces ova."
