@Eiphel @AngusDunican After that I managed to get 2 video sessions, and during the 2nd we were interrupted by a delivery to her door & a phone call which ate into our half hour. At the end of this she explained she wasn't going to be doing it any more so I'd be put back to the beginning. I gave up.

@Eiphel @AngusDunican I tried it once. I got an initial consultation then a first appointment after a couple of weeks. This lasted all of 2 minutes because the therapist thought we were doing a consultation again. I then didn't hear back from anyone for THREE MONTHS. (1/2)
