@Rosburg15 So true. My district used funding to rectify leap-frogging. Hence the disparity. They hired interim upper level admin at far less than the average pay. My husband, who is actually a school level admin...

@IanTFury @ReynoldNesiba The 6% wasn't across the board. In schools, districts got the 6% increase and divided it out how they saw fit. I got 1.75%, and my husband got 3.25%. So although 6% + 5% sounds good, it doesn't equal 11% pay increase for actual people.
