@AmericanAir And the saga with @AmericanAir continues. I’ve now had three emails and two phone calls and somehow they cant do basic accounting (adding two numbers) and seeing what is actually shown on THEIR own website. If they can’t do basic math how can we trust them to fly ✈️

Feel totally scammed by @AmericanAir I’ve been told few different things by agents about a substantial travel credit. In no communications does it say there is an expiration date. When I tried to use it I was told to use by 9/15. Tried to use last night and the agent said
