plus the probability of the game crashing or whiting out in windowed mode is way less

ever since i changed my frame rate limit and started playing windowed mode on the sims, my game runs like BUTTER *for the most part*

if you have mad cc/mods + reshade etc and your game lags take it out of fullscreen and change that frame rate limit to be a little less than your computers refresh rate. the sims had it defaulted to 200 when my computers hz is 144 😭
