The DKBFLY bonds in IBKR are now showing a guarantor. The first screenshot was from a few days ago when I saw Freddie Mac had been added under the prospectus. All three DKBFLY bonds have a guarantor now.

But seriously, why did they put that date in front of the name? Nothing actually happened on that exact date except a new beginning :)

Could it really be a signal pointing to a 3 year period after that date?

p.s. Btw, I checked other Ch 11 cases, and they usually change the entity's name, but they don't add the date in front of it.

So, get this...

I was messing around with word searches in CourtListener and the DK-Butterfly case. And the earliest Doc filed for this word search "DK-Butterfly" showed up in Doc 2455 filed on 13 October 2023. And that filing was filed by Neelay Das. So I'm scratching my furry dog head, thinking... how could that be..? How could Neelay Das' filing be the first to use 20230930-DK-Butterfly-1, Inc...?

So the next thing I did, was to determine, when this information regarding the name change to 20230930-DK-Butterfly-1, Inc. took place, so I searched it up on @PhantomBlack699's time line, as I know he was one of the first to begin a state by state search for the multiple state registered DK-Butterfly entities. Sal posted about it on 01 October 2023.

So I remembered a couple of things, that I have forgotten.

1) The reveal of the 20230930-DK-Butterfly-1, Inc. was actually not in the court dockets, it was on the SEC Edgar site via an 8-K report filed on 29 September 2023. So that answers how Deelay Nas could have been the first Kroll filing with that name, as the filings were always typically delayed.

2) And then I saw something else on Sal's time line in the same post, that I think everyone has forgot about, just like me. Sal mentions the registered name on the State of Delaware site for the entity name:
"Butterfly Acquisition Corp."
registered on 21 September 2023.

Now this is just speculation at this point, but just thought I'd let anyone who cares to know...
It is still active as of 2026. So there is that.

Similar to re-commerce... re-dd should be a thing.
