This made my blood boil - no foreign national should get preference over black, white, indian or coloured South Africans. Ever.

If there are no EE candidates for a role that is an EE role, a white South African should be hired. I know that black foreigners are hired over white South Africans in companies for numbers even though though black foreigners don’t count towards EE numbers, I t’s disgusting
