@WomenOScotland@scotlibdems How can she list all those sex-based issues and still think some men are women? Makes no sense to talk about period poverty as a women's issue if so.
Listen to sex workers when they assure you that the men buying them are misogynists who treat them as an acceptable outlet for their violent, depraved fantasies.
This is incredible work by Genevieve Gluck @WomenReadWomen , co-founder of Reduxx @reduxx. Genevieve documents the men involved with #Pride orgs who have been convicted of rape, child sexual abuse and sex trafficking.
There are none so blind as those who will not see.
But it never happens; not that common; if it does happen it's a good thing! Meanwhile real vulnerable children are going through this every day. The 'medics' at that clinic should be jailed.
I had an intake meeting today at a paediatric gender clinic. I've been on the waiting since February 2025.
FtM daughter, 14, autistic, socially anxious, depressed, cutting herself, takes showers in the dark due to self-loathing, lesbian. Trauma from her youth. Quit school, won't leave her bedroom even to come to the gender clinic. Can't even cope with meeting over Zoom. All day online in queer communities. She just wants T and that will make everything better.
Puberty blockers will help with the dysphoria, I was told, until she gets T at 16. Appointment booked for July to meet with a psychologist to build her trans "story", then psychiatrist for the meds for the comorbidities, then puberty blockers. It's not a test to see if she's really trans, it's just formalities. She won't come if she thinks she won't get the hormones, I told him. Don't worry about that. Dad doesn't agree with transition, so don't bring him to the meeting.
It's the clinic that Irish kids are being sent to since the Tavistock stopped seeing children. They follow WPATH SOC8.
@TheCountessIE Anything less than a complete condemnation is a failure. The content that she was informed of should not be anywhere near children (under 18s), never mind on a state supported reading list!
@KirstieMAllsopp This is an utterly bizarre take. The feelings, traditions and beliefs are about our biology as women and girls. How else would they know who to enslave and oppress? The idea that womanhood is something that can be identified into is ridiculous.
The false equivalence is ridiculous. Despite their tiny numbers, trans activists have demanded that the other 99%+ of the population change our language, single-sex spaces, sports, prisons, refuges, and even basic biology, to suit their needs.
That’s not a “bizarre obsession” on our part. It’s a perfectly rational push-back against a tiny aggressive minority trying to force everyone else to indulge in their delusion.
If we were to please them, we would have to suspend our belief in the truth, and deny what’s in front of us!
No one can change sex. A man can never be a woman.
@star_observer We had to fight to get any tiny scrap of news coverage for years. We fought back against the bloated, overfunded destroyers of women’s rights using our 10 and 20£ donations, against the behemoth of governments, corporations, the police, even so called human rights charities.
This. If it was about wanting somewhere safe and private to pee, third spaces would be fine. It’s not. It’s about claiming territory, validation, and winning.
Dominating, intimidating and humiliating women is the point.
I just received this :
Dear Dr O'Malley
I am very pleased to let you know that the Senatus Academicus has now considered the report of the Examining Committee on your thesis and decided to grant you the award of Doctor of Philosophy for a thesis titled: Parents’ Perspectives on Gender Dysphoria in Childhood and Adolescence .
Yay!!
I hear the pathetic trolls aren’t bleating on about my qualifications anymore 🤪🤪
An openly LGBT+ Deputy First Minister feels like a proper Rubicon for our community to be crossing. Although in a time where trans people are increasingly marginalised, representation on its own is not enough.
Congrats regardless @JennyGilruthMSP
@sonamtashi17261@HenrysMom9@verbalriotshow He has a different shoulder range of motion, longer arms, and all the other advantages of being male. He might be weaker than he would be if not stunted but he's still male.
Keep notes of any verbal conversation too. Email them to school afterwards. Thank you your time earlier in discussing xyz. To reiterate my concerns ABC, you agree to do ....
Advice for parents if they have concerns about mixed-sex toilets in schools. (This is not legal advice. Consult a solicitor for legal advice)
1) formally engage with the school to seek internal resolution. Parents have rights under Section (9)(d) of the Education Act and schools must “promote the moral, spiritual, social & personal development of students, in consultation with their parents.”
2) Use the schools complaints procedure in the first instance. Keep detailed records of all engagement.
3) ask to see the child safeguarding policy document, and check if the school is in compliance.
4) If agreement is not reached, escalate in writing, to the Board of Management and the Patron, quoting evidence of prior attempts to resolve matters with the school principal.
5) If still no agreement, escalate to the Dept of Education. Consider joining with other parents who share your concerns.
6) Make a complaint to the Ombudsman for Children - this may be a key independent step before considering legal action.
7) consult a solicitor and discuss the merits of taking a discrimination claim before the WRC.
Important: keep detailed records of all engagement with the school, the Board of Management & Patron, the Dept of Education, the Ombudsman for children.
Good luck!
This is utterly reckless and dangerous.
A 14 yr old girl should not have to share toilets with 18 yr old boys. Be it the shared sink area or a nearby cubicle.
Girls are already reporting feeling vulnerable and intimidated, yet schools in Ireland are steamrolling ahead with these mixed sex facilities without proper consultation with parents.
We’ve seen this pattern before. This forced down ideology that ignores child safeguarding.
Single-sex spaces exist for a reason. Our school girls deserve to feel safe and respected at school.
We saw the Giggle V Tickle ruling in Australia and the chaos that has arisen because of gender ideology.
Don’t be fooled into thinking this is about inclusion. Should inclusion come at the expense of girls attending state schools?
Parents are not bigots for wanting their daughters to be safe in school and to feel comfortable and respected.
