This afternoon , we boarded Indigo flight 6E 6616 from Kolkata to Aizawl. The AC was not working. The Captain announced that it would be fixed within 8-10 mins , but that never happened. Despite this, the Aircraft took off, and the AC remained non functional throughout the until we landed in Aizawl.
Passengers had to endure extreme heat both before takeoff and during the flight. It is deeply concerning that @IndiGo6E operated a defective Aircraft , thereby risking the safety and well being of so many passengers & crew members.
This is unacceptable. A proper enquiry must be conducted and those responsible should be held accountable @MoCA_India @DGCAIndia @RamMNK
