Dear @EKEDP ,
In 36 hours, the Kola Afolabi feeder has only had power for 2 hours, 52 minutes. Kola Afolabi feeder is a Band A feeder. Over the last one month, power has been terrible, yet bills are going up.
In September, it was normal for residents not to have power for days
For example residents of the George Adiele transformer did not have power for 4 days straight, also residents of road 14 transformer didn't have power for 6 days. When I called the new distribution manager, Mr Umoh during this period, he was so condescending, feeling like he was doing us a favour to repair faults. I have a voice recording of this phone call.
This can not continue, Band A consumers should have minimum of 20 hours of power a day.
We in Lekki Scheme II, Ajah definitely do not have this in the last one month.

@EKEDP @NERCNG This bad service from @EKEDP has gone uninterrupted since 2018. WE ARE TIRED! A substation was given to Eko Disco, since February 2024 by @followlasg , till date the substation is just lying fallow.@ARISEtv @GuardianNigeria @lindaikeji

On Monday, the 17th of January, 2025, when the suffering was too much, we trooped out to protest this bad supply from @EKEDP . As usual, nothing has changed. @NERCNG must call EKEDC to order

This was a letter written by @EKEDP to us when we petitioned them on BAD power supply in Lekki Scheme II. All the promises made by Eko Disco in this letter, NOT one, have been fulfilled. @instablog9ja @channelstv @MobilePunch

@nigimmigration It has been over 1 year since my daughter captured in ikoyi, we went for collection and immigration claimed passport has been printed but they cant find it i was asked to write my name in a list 3 weeks ago during my last visit, till now no headway i need help @BTOofficial

Many more outrageous bills like this. Do we even have consumer's right in this country? If this isn't fraud, I wonder what it is? From the 290k bill, did the customer consumption increase by over 300% in November in a month that had very poor supply? @BayoAdelabu

What is more worrisome by @EKEDP is they brought what I call fraudulent estimated bills for some residents, a woman that paid 63k in October was given 194k in November, a man that was given 69k in October was given 290k in November. Yet @EKEDP expects those persons to pay

@EKEDP in the month of November lekki scheme II under Ogombo feeder had very terrible supply of power generally, then 2 DTs namely Road 14 and Road 4 had issues for over one week. Power was TERRIBLE in Scheme II and still bad even going into December. @EKEDP blames TCN

I have not seen a more incompetent engineering team in my life like the @EKEDP Ajah District team. This erratic power supply to scheme II has to stop.

@EKEDP the nonsense Ajah district is putting Lekki Scheme II through has to stop, the other time I twitted about the former district manager, I was verbally attacked for mentioning her name, anyway, I am going to mention more names, the Ajah District is so useless

Sometimes many of the residents believe that we are being sabotaged in the estate as there is always an issue, this has gone for too long and this has to STOP. We are tired!

The DM promised us 6 weeks ago that they were installing devices in the area that will help them detect faults faster, till date nothing has been done, they have taken us for granted. I wonder how some people still have their jobs with the level of incompetence in the district

@EKEDP it has been 34 hours now, no power in lekki scheme II, we are under the Ajah district. If I start mentioning names of incompetent people under that district, they will say I am getting personal, but the incompetence in that district is out of this world.

Otherwise, how will such an incompetent woman still be the head of Ajah district, where things are going better, a place under her district is going worse. So sad. @HonNoheem @NERCNG @ibejulekkilivin

They can spend unnecessary amount of hours fixing a minor fault and the job will be so poor at the slightest intrusion the fault reoccurs. This rubbish have gone on for too long it is time to name and shame the incompetent DM. I also think she enjoys the backing of the management
