Upon arrival in Guwahati, I can see that my bags are missing and the reason stated was: "I didn't undergo customs in Chennai".
How was i magically supposed to know if your agent failed to guide me with this information?

When I collected my boarding passes, I told the Indigo officer a 1000 times that I shall be collecting my luggage at the Guwahati airport. My flight was from: singapore - chennai chennai- Guwahati.
