@paragonbankuk Spent months waiting for HMO mortgage. All ready apart from survey .. refused due to wrong location and condition. Mortgage broker is John Charcoal...sent facts, figures, pictures as proof as how wrong he was. Need senior management to help and move this forward

@HMCTSgovuk Absolutely appalled at how Edmonton crown court are allowed to not respond to the public. They've taken our court fee and abandoned us. No other organisation could behave in such a way

@kel97981446 @HMCTSgovuk Did you have any luck getting through to Edmonton. Not only have they wasted days of our time but taken the court fee as well. Given up trying to get through. Nobody answers or responds EVER. Swindled out of money by a court lol

@HMCTSgovuk £200 down, no court hearing, no way of contacting anybody....and now you're ignoring us. This is how courts are being run? UNBELIEVABLE. If no response by 3pm today official complaint launched.

@HMCTSgovuk It's excuse after excuse. Look at reviews.. they never answer. In this day and age how are they allowed to not respond to ppl. It's disgraceful. I feel so let down by the courts. I want you to get them to call Rajan today .. this isn't fair.

@HMCTSgovuk Absolutely appalling service from them. I'm asking you to get edmonton to call rajan directly today ... They've taken his money and now we have no way to get in contact. They need to contact the claimant....and today ! it's the least they can do

@HMCTSgovuk Claim number 143MC378. We waited for judge to call on day .. then somebody called saying we hadn't paid fee...which we have. Heard nothing since. They don't pick up phone...or answer email. My father in law is sick with worry.

@HMCTSgovuk I've been constantly messenging. Why will you not help ? The first time I asked you got Edmonton court to call within 1 hour. My father in law is a nervous mess because of this. He wished he hadn't bothered going to court. Now I expect some answers.. and today please.
