I wish the best to the players. As for management, I hope they learn that respect and communication should come before unrealistic expectations. I move forward knowing I gave my best with the little free time I had.

I won’t involve the players because they don’t deserve to be dragged into this. But I personally believe @Blocbloc_08 management contributed to creating an unhealthy environment, with behavior that Ifound immature and damaging to the growth of acompetitive project.

When an environment keeps replacing people instead of creating dialogue, maybe the issue isn’t always the people being removed. Poor communication, impulsive decisions, and top-down management only destroy trust and motivation.
