Great service by @amazonIN. Our delivery didn't even reach us but it is showing cancelled without any verification.
And such good customer care that they disconnected me once and then put me on hold for more than 10 minutes.

The delivery agents are so responsible that they didn't even pick up the calls in one or two tries. They take only 6-7 times for their response, just to hear a lie of traveling 50 km in just 5 minutes.
