In a recently released video, far-right Israeli National Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir told a Palestinian prisoner “This is not a hotel” when he complained about the lack of food inside Israeli prisons.
💢 A newly leaked photo shows two blindfolded elderly Palestinians, Nadi Ma’rouf, 63, and Ali Ma’rouf, 60, alongside an Israeli soldier hours before Israeli forces killed them in November 2024, according to journalist Younis Tirawi, who published the photo.
He reported Israeli forces used the men as human shields before executing them in Beit Lahia. The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights documented at the time that the bodies of Nadi and Ali, along with 25-year-old Hamza al-Hatoo, arrived after Israeli forces shot them near Al-Khaldi Mosque.
PCHR said its researchers received information that all three had been detained by Israeli forces, released, and then shot shortly afterward.
Al Jazeera later reported Palestinian accounts that Nadi and Ali were held for days and forced to enter buildings ahead of Israeli soldiers as human shields before being released and shot after walking only a short distance.
When elderly people are used as human shields and then executed, this is what Israeli soldiers did in Gaza during the genocidal war. Please don’t let this crime stop with you. We want the whole world to see it.

Two young siblings from the Hajjaj family lie side by side on a medical hospital bed, their fragile little bodies covered in blood following a brutal airstrike. Severe injuries and fresh blood coat their faces as medical hands frantically try to provide first aid under catastrophic conditions, all while Israel blocks painkillers and basic medical supplies.

No es un incidente. Es la vida de los palestinos bajo ocupación desde 1948.
Today, Gaza buried 112 members of two families — Al-Hasayneh and Abu Sharia — whose remains were pulled from the rubble of homes destroyed earlier by Israeli airstrikes. The funeral came during one of the deadliest stretches of Israeli bombardment in recent days, proof that the #GazaGenocide has not ended despite ceasefire and deal announcements. Israel’s plan has not changed since 1948: the mass expulsion of Palestinians and the complete ethnic cleansing of Palestine.

In a scene of collective grief, Gaza prepares to bury more than 100 martyrs from the Abu Sharia and Al-Hasayneh families, whose remains spent nearly three years trapped beneath the rubble of Israeli airstrikes.
After 136 hours of continuous recovery work, the bodies were retrieved from the Al-Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City.
The mass burial is a devastating reminder of the scale of loss that continues to unfold, even as much of the world looks away.
