A heartfelt thank you to everyone from across Dundee who joined us. Your support, friendship and presence made the celebration truly special.

For the past 10 years, Bait-ul-Mahmood Mosque has been proud to be part of the fabric of Dundee. As we look to the future, we are committed to working even more closely with our neighbours, building stronger connections, serving our community and continuing to make a positive contribution to the city we all call home.

Depression isn’t always crying or staying in bed.

Sometimes it looks like:

• Laughing with everyone while feeling empty inside.
• Leaving messages unanswered for days.
• Losing interest in things you once loved.
• Feeling exhausted after doing almost nothing.
• Letting little jobs pile up because everything feels enormous.
• Saying “I’m just tired” because you don’t know how to explain it.
• Looking completely fine to everyone around you.

Sometimes the people struggling the most become incredibly good at hiding it.

انگلینڈ کی محنت کش یہ ضعیف المعر خاتون ڈینی گزشتہ روز پاکستان انگلینڈ میچ کے دوران پورا دن بارش میں بیٹھ کر دھاگے سے جرسی سی رہی تھی میچ کے بعد اس کو خصوصی طور پر لارڈز کرکٹ گراؤنڈ مین میڈیا افس میں مدعو کیا گیا اس سے سوال ہوا کہ پورا دن آپ بیٹھی رہی لنچ بھی آپ اپنے ساتھ لائی تھی بارش میں بیٹھی رہی جب تک کھیل ختم نہیں ہوا۔

ڈینی نے کہا میں ہاتھوں سے جرسیاں بناکر فروخت کرتی ہوں میچ دیکھنی آئی ساتھ میچ بھی دیکھ رہی تھی اور اپنا کام بھی کیونکہ اگر بغیر کام کے میں بیٹھ جاتی تو میرا دن ضائع ہوجاتا میں صرف ٹیسٹ کرکٹ دیکھتی ہوں ٹیسٹ کرکٹ سے بہت پیار ہے مجھے میں نے پانچ دن کیلئے ٹکٹ لیا ہے جس پر فوری طور پر انگلینڈ کرکٹ بورڈ نے اس کے ٹکٹ کے تمام پیسے واپس کردئیے اور اس کو باقی دنوں کیلئے اور تیسرے آخری ٹیسٹ میچ کیلئے وی آئی پی انکلوزر کا اسپیشل پاس دے دیا اور جو لنچ انگلینڈ کے کھلاڑیوں کو دیا جائے گا وہی اس کو بھی دیا جائے میچ کے احتتام پر لارڈز کرکٹ گراؤنڈ کی طرف سے اس کو اسپیشل ایوارڈ بھی دیا جائے گا اور اسکی تصویر بھی لارڈز گراؤنڈ میں لیجنڈ کرکٹر کیساتھ لگائی جاۓ گی😊
