@zomato support got a great idea that if there's an issue with someone's order just put them in loop of asking for information and never resolve issues. Its pathetic. Does @Swiggy has the same problem? Will switch to it.

Never use @magicbricks . Was looking for a rental property. There sales executive Harmsimran Singh sold me the membership and promised to call back with the details. After the payment, no call back. Called more than 10 times and kept disconnecting. (1/4)

The only way they could help me was for me to uninstall the app and use it via browser (annoying but fine). I had bought this for contacting owners and using advance filters. Their filters don't work properly. (3/4)

The next day my request got closed automatically saying that i was unreachable (never recieved a call). Called there customer care number. They said they will escalate and I'll hear back in a few hours. They never reverted back.

@PanasonicIndia has one of the worst after sales service. Raised a request for repair of my AC. Technician visited after a week and said the gas had completely leaked (not even a year old). He left and said another team would visit but they never visited #ConsumerComplaint (1/2)

Probably the most unreliable service I've ever used is the @Uber_India's shuttle service. Just waited half n hour for a shuttle to arrive and it got cancelled one minute before arrival (it was already 30 mins late). This has happened thrice now in a few weeks with me.

• Our ambulances are equipped with essential life-saving equipment, including oxygen cylinders, AED (Automated External Defibrillator), stretcher, monitor, suction machine, and essential emergency medicines and injections.

• Each ambulance has a paramedic, an assistant and a trained driver to make sure we are able to deliver the highest quality of service in time of need.

• Profit is not a goal here. We will operate this service at an affordable cost for customers and invest in really solving this critical problem for the long term.

UPDATE - They took details from me via DM about half n hour ago and no updates since. The email support or the chat support has proven to be useless as well

Making everything automated doesn't always help. I just lost my phone with an @airtelindia sim in it and there's absolutely no way to block a sim. . All my bank accounts and IDs are linked with it and @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't really care about these things.

Their 198, 121 and other customer supports are pretty much useless with no option to report loss of your sim. If you call from a non-@airtelindia sim, all it does is tell you that you need to visit a store which you can't at night.
