@GenshinImpact We'll play it as soon as you release it on Steam. If we download it on EGS, we just forget it even exists, that platform is just there to collect free game giveaways. The actual storefront and library is awful to work with.

@EVGA_JacobF We've got a RTX 2080 Super (was £700) send in for RMA as it keeps crashing. RMA was accepted, package was send. 6 delivery attempts, nobody is accepting the package & no replies to tickets. Now returning to sender - leaving us further out of pocket. Kind of lost now.

@teamevga Replies to tickets don't work and you just refused delivery of an RMA package which we were asked by you to mail over.. GPU now on it's way back. No GPU for 2 weeks + £70 down without a replacement. Pretty angry right now. No way to reply to you either it seems.

@virginmedia It seems rather hard to leave. Went through a lengthy process of calling support, which then misleadingly states you can press 1 to get support online (which assumes live chat) with a "you don't have to wait" message. If you do, you guys simply hang up. Frustrating.
