@onidalive by far worst experience! 4 PM was my installation, they came by 8 PM and until 12.30 AM they did the installation. And they din do it right! Called them next day and said the AC is not working, and they started ghosting! Customer care Mr. Monish was pathetic

@onidalive worst customer care and worst service! They charged 8k for installation, copper pipe 3 meter and gas! Apart from that AC is not working. If I call your customer care, Mr. Monish was extremely rude and i hope someone checks the call recording!

@DTDCIndia your service is pathetic! I was supposed to receive a parcel on 13th, your delivery agent called and harassed me that the he will not come and deliver and he will mention receiver not available! I escalated this on Friday. And your customer care team is really worst!
