I kept telling myself "just watching one video real quick" and then losing 40 minutes to YouTube's recommended feed while I was supposed to be studying. So I built a Firefox extension to fix it for myself.

Also added a daily watch timer + soft reminder toasts + a hard daily limit if you want one. All tracked locally — zero telemetry, zero external requests, nothing leaves your browser.
