Many students whose passports reached IRCC Delhi on 11th Aug 21 early morning have received their passports back but have not received Port of Entry Letter or LOI. Kindly assist us urgently. I myself have flight booked on 22nd Aug.@CitImmCanada @nadirypatel @marcomendicino

We have visas on our passports. We left our jobs, made preps to travel for mandatory in-person classes by trusting official comm. by Canadian Gov
Please let us know if we can travel just on the TRV or kindly issue POE letters

Many passports that reached IRCC Delhi, early morning on 11th Aug '21 were stamped, but their counterfoil numbers weren't updated and POEs were not sent. This is likely a tech glitch / human error. I urge you to look into this.
