1) maintain silence and peace - use headphones
2) keep train clean and neat

Simple question.

My flight was scheduled for 7:00 PM and is now delayed to 7:50 PM.

Is this inconvenience to passengers? Yes or No?

If yes, what compensation, service do you provide to make up for the inconvenience caused?
