Freshworks have dedicated SIs & a custom market-place function, would they ever scale to Salesforce level revenues from India?
I highly doubt it
And in the coming weeks, I will be double clicking on each of these spaces & cover opportunities within that we feel have maximum potential for a new entrant

As amazing as that is, what has been a question on top of my mind is, with the evolution of generative AI, are we at a point in our present where we could actually create a large new player in this category, one for the future
And if so, what does the opportunity set look like?

I think this could be a SI first play, identifying key technologies that could be at a point of inflection; and becoming the SI partner of choice is massive play
