BEHIND THE SCENES: Some parties are telling policy makers in DC that the Bybit hack proves the EVM is fundamentally insecure. This is MISINFORMATION. The Bybit hack resulted from Social Engineering and hacking the user interface - NOT a vulnerability in the EVM.
