@julesbhrh I’m exactly the same, one day like a rollercoaster, the next pretty much in range (although that’s probably a once a month occurrence 😂). The most annoying thing is the fact I feel I have no control over how the days results go, it’s pure chance 😞

@Morrisons Hi I finally got through to customer services, nothing from the driver but my shopping should be here in 1/2 hour. Thanks

So the Morrisons app says my shopping will be 1 hr 10 mins late, no call from the driver and I won’t be in then, that’s why I booked a 1-2pm slot. And when I ring the helpline it just says call failed, @Morrisons not good😡
