And I get that! I'm arguing both sides here. I understand there are men that take advantage, but there are kids dying because they are terrified to speak out about how they feel. And that is not ok.
I absolutely agree that male on female violence is out of control
That is a different conversation
@Pillar_da_Killa@jk_rowling Yes that is fair. As I have already said above I don't have all the answers. I just work with kids who genuinely feel they have been born in the wrong bodies. They need support. Not abuse. I do not support anyone who would use this to abuse women or children.

@SoCalJack63@jk_rowling The majority don't. You will always get your outspoken and probably minority. But most people just want to live their lives. I don't agree with making women feel unsafe! That's the last thing I would ever argue against
@KatMcKinley@jk_rowling I think she does. The effect on those who want to live a quiet life gets mixed up in her message. That's my point. I don't disagree with some of her points. But it's the generalisation of all trans people that isn't fair
Unfortunately the ones who stand out and abuse it ruin it for the kids who are genuinely speaking out. That's the only reason I commented. There are kids who are close to committing suicide over being in the wrong body, but are scared to say that
I'm not excusing the one's who use it for wrong reasons
@DoubleM69er@jk_rowling I get that. There are some that will use this as a way to take advantage. I am only saying that there are some people that are genuine and should not be vilified. It is not a one size fits all.
@Pillar_da_Killa@jk_rowling I don't have all the answers. I work with young people who are adamant they are not born in the right body. I know that there are people who take advantage. I am not disputing that. Just not all should be vilified
@TransNapoleon_@jk_rowling No they do not. There are always the unacceptable people who take advantage. But the reality is that most just want to be accepted for who they are
