My family was willing to pay the differencial amount initially if we asked to. But now after such experience, we need proper resolution with apology by @IFBAppliances.

He happened to ship a parcel on an urgent basis to his parent and chose India Post. The Post Office officiale asked him to get cash for the payment for the consignment.
