ما پیکر پاره پاره‌ی عزیزان‌مان را در کاورهای سبز و سیاهِ حکومت در زمین شاهدشهر دیده‌ایم، ما در ساختمان جهنمیِ پزشکی قانونی کهریزک سقوط انسانیت را دیده‌ایم. ما می‌دانیم «غیر قابل شناسایی» چه معنا می‌دهد. ما می‌دانیم خشم و اندوهی که از پس این جنایات می‌آید تا چه اندازه عمیق و دردناک است.

تمام شواهد و قرائن حاکی‌ست جمهوری اسلامی در چند روز گذشته دست به بزرگترین کشتار ایرانیان در تاریخ معاصر زده است. گفته می‌شود تعداد جانباختگان بیشتر از دوازده هزار نفری‌ست که در گزارش‌های اولیه آورده شده است.

ما در روزهای گذشته با نمایندگان مجلس، قانون‌گذاران در کانادا و مسوولین وزارت خارجه در تماس بوده‌ایم و خواستار برخوردی قاطع با حکومتِ رو به زوالِ جمهوری اسلامی شده‌ایم. در ادامه‌ی این فعالیت‌ها، خواسته‌هایی هم از دنیای آزاد طلب می‌کنیم:

۱. پرونده‌ی جنایات سازمان‌یافته‌ی جمهوری اسلامی را به شورای امنیت ببرید. لازم است شورای امنیت بلافاصله درباره‌ی این کشتار تشکیل جلسه دهد و قاطعانه علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران تصمیم‌گیری کند تا دیوان بین‌المللی کیفری برای انجام تحقیقات وارد عمل شود.
۲، سفیران جمهوری اسلامی را از کشورهای خود اخراج کنید. عوامل جاسوسی و جنایت نباید جایی در دنیای آزاد داشته باشند.
۳. خشونت افسارگسیخته‌ی جنایتکاران و وقوع اعدام‌ها باید بلافاصله متوقف شد. زندانیان سیاسی باید بلافاصله آزاد شوند.
۴. دسترسی به اینترنت آزاد و تلفن از حقوق اولیه‌ی انسان‌هاست. به ایرانیان داخل ایران کمک کنید تا دنیا را از جنایتی که رخ داده است آگاه کنند.

حکومت جمهوری اسلامی محکوم به سقوط است. این حکومت هرگز صلاحیت حکمرانی بر مردم و سرزمین ایران را نداشته است. ساقط کردن این حکومت یک ضرورت است و تنها حقیقت‌یابی و مجازات عاملین و آمرینِ جنایات می‌تواند به سوگوارانِ امروز کمک کند. آن‌چه در ایران رخ می‌دهد مصداق آشکار «جنایت علیه بشریت» است. فوری و بدون اتلاف وقت به کمک مردم ایران بشتابید. ما تا روز دادخواهی، قاتلین فرزندان ایران را نه فراموش می‌کنیم و نه می‌بخشیم.

17 hours after its unlawful seizure and capture, the #Madleen crew remains held offshore, reportedly near Ashdod. I call on:
– Israel to release them immediately, and let them sail unimpeded to Gaza;
– The UK to act under its Article 94 UNCLOS duties as flag-state to ensure the safety of the crew;
– Crew members’ home states (Brazil, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Turkey), to intervene to ensure the safety of their citizens.

There is no legal basis for Israel’s actions. All states must uphold their obligations under the Genocide Convention—to prevent further acts of genocide and end Israel’s impunity.

It should never have fallen to ordinary citizens to do what states refuse to.
