You'll notice that none of the quotes Ben cites are Jesus; bc Jesus is never slightly anti-gay.

— Genesis 19:1-11 (Not Jesus).
It's the Sodom & Gomorrah story, which is about attempted gang-rape of angels, not consensual LGBT relationships.
Confirmed to *not* be about gay relations in Ezekiel 16:49.

— Leviticus 18:22 (Not Jesus).
Ben does not follow or live by the laws of Leviticus. It bans eating bacon. It commands the death penalty for adulterers; Ben supported Trump.
It's revoltingly hypocritical & un-Christian to weaponize a book you yourself don't follow against a minority you dislike.

— Romans 1:26-28 (Paul, not Jesus).
Paul's not talking about gay men; but straight men that God "gave over" to hooking up w/each other.
Romans also commands you to "obey the governing authorities," which Ben does not do when a Dem is president. But he'll still use Romans, out of context, to hurt gay people.

— 1 Corinthians 6:9-11
— 1 Timothy 1:8-11
Again, both of these are Paul, not Jesus. The translations indicate he's talking about Roman Temple prostitutes.

— Jude 1:5-8 (Not Jesus)
Again referencing Sodom & Gomorrah, no mention of LGBT ppl.

The good news is that Jesus does not share this shitty anti-gay prejudice; He commands His followers to treat even the least of us as you’d treat Him in Matthew 25.

There are no actual teachings of Jesus that MAGA fights for. In order to support Trump or his policies, one must reject the actual teachings of Jesus.

Media, please stop letting these mean little frauds hide behind religion. Grill them about what their holy books actually say. Jesus is a prop for them, nothing more.
