I was still a medical student then and never worked in the hospital. This allegation and accusation was never proven and was stayed by The High Court of Kerala. I understand this is all part of the game that I did not bargain for, but I expect. Stakeholders who will get affected by my truth telling will come in various shapes and sizes to denigrate me and beat me down. Every attempt at breaking myths and disrupting dogmatic views comes at great cost and I am ok in dealing with it. Because no other doctor would. I give back as good as I get. Call me an organ trafficker's son, abuse my family, harass me all you want. Your allegations are farts in the wind tunnel and my words will stand.

And I will continue my science communications, correcting health misinformation and educating people on developing critical thinking skills...and fight pseudoscience and unscientific practices plaguing this country, to help us all make progress, because unlike you, I love my country.
