A remarkable fostering agency pushing enthusiastically improving outcomes for children. Looking for people to foster in Cambridgeshire Essex, Northants & Herts
"There is such a shortage of really good, dedicated foster carers"
Alison from @mandbfostering told That's TV how support for foster carers works in their organisation, in aid of #fostercarefortnight.
@BussModel We thoroughly enjoyed the day with you and looking forward to increasing our ability to reach more children and young people
Thank you ๐ โค๏ธ
Such a lovely morning with wonderful foster carers and colleagues from @mandbfostering on our Introduction to BUSS webinar. About to think about a childโs life with underdeveloped sensorimotor systems before hearing from parents about the work they did to close those gaps
@_LisaCherry @FosterCarerToBe Thank you @_LisaCherry for recommending us. @FosterCarerTobe we would be more than happy to share information and help where we can. https://t.co/PIaZdBGLIV โค๏ธ
What a way to see in my next year around the sun, turning 29 above the clouds โ๏ธ
If little me could see me now! It may sound silly but I always thought this kind of holiday wouldnโt be reachable for someone like me. Feeling very thankful and proud!

Since July, in the background, Trauma Informed Consultancy Services has been birthed and we've had 6 months getting used to each other; growing, creating, building. Today I am ready to share our new website. I hope you love it! https://t.co/8Q98fxMgdY

An enormous thank you to @maryhodd for her inspiring session today โI am more than my ACEsโ truly fantastic โค๏ธ๐โค๏ธ always a pleasure to work with you ๐
Interesting morning spent with SWs from @PeterboroughCC and Alison from @mandbfostering. Inspiring the students and so much focus on the value of relationships with children and young people in care. Thank you for your time.
When it comes to trauma informed practice, language is everything! It permeates everything, it creates narratives, forms identities, ensures power is present & that divisions exist. Check your blindspots. We all have them. Challenge yourself and others on this with compassion โฅ๏ธ
I cannot stand the phrase 'giving voice.' You don't 'give voice' like you decide who can speak. People have 'voice.' What is often missing is being heard. It feels more like learning to 'tune in'. 'Give' is arrogant. I'm curious about how this area is being better expressed...?
@maryhodd our wonderful potential foster carers are in for a treat. Looking forward to what is set for a fabulous evening learning from your lived experience โค๏ธ๐โค๏ธ
