[Mandi Holmes @MandiHolmes]

@achzkris I’ve had 3 this month. I’m going to try this next time!!

"Let's put the kids to bed early tonight" sounds like a good plan until you're just spending that whole time + the normal amount of time trying to get the kids to go to bed.

my boss is going to pick her daughter up from school and making her take a nap and can my mom come get me from work please?

@achzkris @_CassandraLoren I’m not a snacky person, but if I’m handed these I will be eating the entire bag.

That brokenness you feel? It, too, is love.

Never apologize for caring enough that it leaves you aching, yearning for a better world than this.

Makeup removal is a daily lament.

@achzkris Your soft, open, generous heart is a beautiful gift to the world. Not easy. Not always welcomed. But we are better because of it. I am better because of it.

I see this modeled so beautifully by my husband. I'm not that good at it. I like being right.

@CoreyHolmes, he's the real deal. He values relationship over being right. He values healing and well-being over his own way. Empathy over pride. And he's really cute too.

You know what's really difficult?

Taking responsibility for your mistakes, apologizing, making it right, and correcting the behavior moving forward.

A thing you did, a thing you let happen, or a wrong belief you've held.

But that's growth. Doubling down is death.

Dear Scientists, where are we at on this? And teleportation? Could we get an update? Thanks.

I hate that I can’t do everything in one day. Like, why hasn’t endless time become a thing yet? It’s 2021.
