Last week at the Kansas State FFA Convention, over 2,000 students, teachers, and guests gathered to celebrate FFA success—and Eudora had plenty to celebrate!

For the first time in Eudora FFA history, we have a state officer—congrats to Ally Rietcheck, the new State FFA Sentinel! After months of preparation, interviews, and speeches, Ally earned this incredible honor.

Other highlights:
• Cooper Burling won his proficiency award at state and will be competing at nationals! His award area is Agriculture Sales–Entrepreneurship.
• Pete Neis won a SAE grant to help support his proficiency award.
• Kyleigh Heikes placed 3rd in the Employability contest.
• Six Cardinals earned their State FFA Degrees—the highest at the state level: Ally Rietcheck, Cooper Burling, Pete Neis, Kynlee Dressler, Mia Dixon, and Kyleigh Heikes.
• Parker Hurley and Maisy Mack performed in the State FFA Band.
