@BenReiss1 @beemyli Can confirm this exact situation happened to me 3 years ago. Just because you haven't seen it happen doesn't mean that it doesn't. It just means it hasn't happened to you. If it happened around you then you weren't privy to it. Stop assuming you know what happens to someone else.

@Adordev_ @Simon_Ingari If the boss doesn't give you a raise through all of that time, then the increase, if it doesn't get you replaced, will be your wage until you try to leave again. The new company is higher pay and guarantees an annual increase. It will end up being more in your pocket over time.

@OfficiallyAlly If it's windy, you can definitely still get snow on you from the wind drifts. Visibility can also be reduced because of it. Usually it would come down to how packed the snow is and if it's wet or dry. A wet snow will be less likely to drift than a dry, powdery snow.
