Today I've learnt a difficult lesson, as for the first time in my career a patient died on my table and nothing I did brought him back. Life is unfair. You can do your absolute best, making no mistakes, and still fail.

@MahDryBread Yes actually! The evil emperor Zurg is a caricature of Darth Vader, and there's even a scene in Toy Story 2 replicating the scene from Empire Strikes Back. So technically she is right!
