@AerLingus my baggage was flown as a courtesy from Berlin airport on flight EI333 on 16th September but I was not a passenger on this flight so your baggage support team won’t take my call. I don’t know how to claim my bag as the airline who lost it don’t operate at Dublin
Hi Aer Lingus, your direct message didn’t understand my tweet. I was not a passenger on your flight EI 333 as I explained in my tweet, Berlin airport sent my bag on this flight as a courtesy therefore I have no reference number I have a rush tag number from Berlin airport
@SingaporeAir I flew Singapore to Berlin with Scoot but Singapore airlines checked the baggage in from Ho Chi Minh City and said it would be checked in all the way to Dublin
@SingaporeAir my lost baggage is in Berlin and I’ve no way of finding out where it is. What is the number to call for lost baggage with your airline at @berlinairport
@SingaporeAir the system wont allow my booking reference (which was given to me by kiwi ) so i cant complete the form. When i arrived at Dublin i reported the delayed baggage at the Ryanair desk but I have now been informed that although my last flight was Ryanair, they have no responsibility
