Unbelievable! That a Federal Government School in Nigeria ( Queens College) have a water policy that students should drink only bottled water and sachet water to wash their teeth to be provided by parents. While the borehole water is 4 laundry and toilet purposes -

In a country where the minimum monthly wage is N30,000. A bottle of bottled water is N100, sachet water is N30. What is the benefit to tax payers, where the Federal Government cannot provide a basic necessary - water for students?

Just wondering aloud, it is a principle of law that
Criminal laws are not made and or applied in retrospect. How then do minors defiled,threatened and monitored get justice when eventually freed or summon up courage to speak out? Should limitation law apply in criminal justice?
