@British_Airways That was stuck to my luggage when I collected it. Your Athens staff member (Eleftheria Siui) put that on my luggage, and it was on there when I collected it. Utterly disgraceful behaviour

Your staff in Athens made me throw away camera equipment in legal guidelines because I wouldn’t check my carry on. Was upset but didn’t shout. Just picked up my luggage with this note on it

It’s the vindictive note and actions of your team, that I am gobsmacked about. I can’t imagine it aligns with your company values
