@BarclaysUK I reported Netflix fraud on my account in Feb since then 4 payments have been taken. I've tried to call twice and was told it would be refunded. It hasn't. I've live chatted 5 times nothing back. Now an hour wait if I call. I want those payments refunded asap please.
