Shocking !!! In Pravasi Legal Cell v. Union of India (2023), the Supreme Court ordered ALL States & UTs to set up online RTI portals within 3 months to uphold citizens’ Right to Know.

Yet Andhra Pradesh and few others STILL haven’t complied, openly flouting the SC.

Where are the citizens’ rights in all this? Why no outrage when states deny transparency & ignore the apex court?
