मैं भी #आरक्षण का #विरोधी हूँ। सभी क्षेत्रों से इस सबसे पहले इसको हटाने की ज़रूरत है।

1. EWS (सुदामा कोटा) – 10% जितनी आबादी, उतना आरक्षण।
2. मंदिर आरक्षण – 100%, पीढ़ी-दर-पीढ़ी, सदियों की प्रथा।
3. न्यायालय आरक्षण – कॉलेजियम सिस्टम; कोर्ट में जज, वकीलों में 99% वंशवादी प्रक्रिया।
4. शिक्षा आरक्षण – 95%; विश्वविद्यालयों में कुलपति, सचिव, प्रिंसिपल, प्रोफेसर, विद्यालयों में हेडमास्टर जैसे पदों पर वंशवादी प्रक्रिया।
5. स्वास्थ्य आरक्षण – 90%; सरकारी या निजी डॉक्टरों में वंशवादी प्रक्रिया।
6. मीडिया आरक्षण – 100%।
7. प्रशासनिक आरक्षण – 90%; IAS, IPS, IFS आदि।
8. विधायिका आरक्षण – 70–80%; मुख्यमंत्री, राज्यपाल, मंत्री, MP, MLA, MLC, सचिव जैसे अन्य पदों पर वंशवादी प्रक्रिया। यदि वोट 10% है, तो 80% कैसे चुने जाते हैं?
9. ब्यूरोक्रेसी आरक्षण – 95%; वंशवादी कोटा।
10. ठेकेदारी आरक्षण – 95%।
11. खेल आरक्षण – क्रिकेट 92%।
12. सिनेमा आरक्षण – 96%।
13. शंकराचार्य आरक्षण – 100%; मेरिट, ज्ञान और जातिवादी प्रक्रिया।
14. RSS चीफ आरक्षण – 100%; योग्य, काबिल और अनुभवी व्यक्ति क्यों नहीं?
15. वेलफेयर स्कीम आरक्षण – 10%; 5 किलो राशन, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, वृद्धा पेंशन, किसान जैसी सभी योजनाओं में सुदामा कोटा।
16. जाति प्रमाण-पत्र आरक्षण – 10%; दलित, OBC बनकर हक़मारी, पैसा और पैरवी, जातिवादी अफसरों की कोटा प्रक्रिया।
17. जनरल कोटा आरक्षण – 50%; आबादी 10% है, आरक्षण 50%, नौकरियाँ।
18. NFS कोटा – सिफ़ारिश, चयन समिति की प्रक्रिया के कारण SC, ST, OBC की आरक्षित सीटों पर NFS लगाना।

चिंता:

1. जिसकी जितनी भागीदारी, उसको उतनी हिस्सेदारी मिलनी चाहिए—सभी क्षेत्रों में, सरकारी और निजी।
2. 10% वालों को जब सुदामा कोटा के तहत 10% हिस्सेदारी मिल रही है, तो OBC, SC, ST को भी उनका पूरा हिस्सा मिलना चाहिए।
3. देश में आज तक जितने भगोड़े हुए, वे सभी एक ही वर्ग से क्यों?
4. माफिया, अपराधी, रंगबाज़, बलात्कारी किस वर्ग में अधिक हैं? सरकारी धन, तंत्र और व्यवस्था उसकी पहरेदारी क्यों करती है?
5. जातिवादी प्रथा, कलंक और परंपरा को हटाकर "हिंदू" लिखना अनिवार्य हो। न रहेगी जाति, न होगा जाति के नाम पर अपराध, शोषण, हिंसा, राजनीति और हक़मारी। बेटी-रोटी का संबंध देश का उज्ज्वल भविष्य है। एक श्रेष्ठ भारत, फिर विश्वगुरु भारत होगा।

In 2012, at the Medical College of Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi, SC-ST MBBS students were deliberately and repeatedly failed in Physiology, even though they had passed in Anatomy and Biochemistry.

When a re-exam was conducted under the supervision of the High Court, all the students passed. The Mungekar Committee confirmed caste-based discrimination.

If casteism exists, then #reservation exists.

Reservation debate is vast
Sharing one oft overlooked aspect 🙏

For disadvantaged groups, caste is visible:
- SC certificate
- OBC certificate
- Reservation
- Dalit politics

For socially advantaged groups,
caste can become invisible

Someone may sincerely say:

“I don’t believe in caste. I am just an individual competing on merit”

But sociology asks:

- Where did the schooling come from?
- Did parents attend college?
- Was there a study room?
- Professional networks?
- Urban residence?
- Social confidence?
- Family wealth?
- What language was spoken at home?

Did one’s community historically have access to professions?

But please keep in mind that this doesn’t mean every upper-caste individual is privileged

That would be crude sociology

All I wish to say is that:
- Privilege is easiest to experience as normality
- Disadvantage is experienced as identity

Therefore, caste can look as though only reserved communities “have caste”

That is one reason reservation creates resentment

That advantage becomes invisible; affirmative action becomes visible 🙏

I totally support the Reservation Hatao Movement, but I have some questions:

Are we truly living in a casteless society?

Are you comfortable with removing temple reservations?
Can the head priest now be from the SC/ST/OBC communities?

Are you willing to support inter-caste marriages without any issue?

Are you ready to drop your proud surnames?

Are you ready to leave behind the pride you carry in the name of your caste?

Will you never, in your entire life, claim that your caste is superior or boast about the achievements of people who belonged to your caste?

Will you never use the term “supreme genes”?

If yes, then:
CASTEISM HATAO, RESERVATION HATAO

जहाँ आरक्षण नहीं होता है, वहाँ एक-दो अपवादों को छोड़ दिया जाए तो एससी, एसटी और ओबीसी दिखाई ही नहीं देते। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जजों की नियुक्ति में आरक्षण नहीं है, तो वहाँ एससी, एसटी और ओबीसी कितने हैं? राज्यसभा में आरक्षण नहीं है, तो वहाँ एससी, एसटी और ओबीसी कितने हैं? देश की प्राइवेट सेक्टर कंपनियों में आरक्षण नहीं है, तो वहाँ इन वर्गों की कितनी भागीदारी है?

दूसरी ओर, जहाँ आरक्षण लागू है, वहाँ भी कई संस्थानों में एससी, एसटी और ओबीसी का प्रतिनिधित्व उनकी आबादी के अनुपात में नहीं है। उदाहरण के लिए, IITs जैसे संस्थानों में भी इन वर्गों का पर्याप्त प्रतिनिधित्व दिखाई नहीं देता।

इसीलिए आरक्षण का विरोध करने वाले लोग आरक्षण खत्म करना चाहते हैं, ताकि एससी, एसटी और ओबीसी किसी भी सरकारी या गैर-सरकारी महत्वपूर्ण पद तक पहुँच ही न सकें और सारी सीटें और अवसर उनके लिए आरक्षित होकर रह जाएँ।

किसी लड़के ने "Reservation Hatao Andolan" नाम से एक इंस्टाग्राम पेज बनाया।

उस पेज पर 2 दिन में ही 35 लाख+ फॉलोअर हो गए।

फिर उसी पेज पर लड़का पोस्ट करता है कि आरक्षण के साथ साथ जाति व्यवस्था भी समाप्त होनी चाहिए।

फिर क्या सभी जातिवादी मानसिकता के लोगों ने पेज को अनफॉलो करना शुरू कर दिया— आंदोलन शुरू होने से पहले ही खत्म हो गए।🤣🤣

मतलब सीधा सा हैं— इन्हें आरक्षण नहीं चाहिए लेकिन जाति व्यवस्था जरूर चाहिए।
